Group Retreats The
beautiful grounds and charming facilities at White Sulphur Springs are
available to host your retreat group on a contract basis during the spring,
fall and winter months. Our Harrison House main lodge, circa 1884, can
accommodate between 70-90 guests depending on the makeup of the

Meeting SpacesWe can accommodate groups in four separate meeting rooms:Johnson Room (main hotel) - seats 100 Living Room (main hotel) - seats 20 Fort Cochran (stone and log bldg) - seats 40-50 The Cottage - seats 10-12 Sound EquipmentSound Equipment is available for use in the Johnson Room.MealsDelicious "all-you-can-eat" meals are prepared and served family-style , with mealtimes as follows:Breakfast 8:00 am Lunch 12:30 pm Dinner 6:00 pm Weekend Group RatesConference Fee: A non-refundable $6 / person conference fee must accompany your signed contract.(arriving Friday after dinner hour)** Individual $115.00 Family of Two $218.00 Family of Three (Immediate Family) $276.00 Family of Four $324.00 Family of Five (or more) $368.00 **Rates based on two nights and five meals.
