Junior AO!/Parent Youth Adventure WeekendJr. AO! is a time for parents and their children to enjoy God’s beautiful creation and build great memories with one another. It is also a time to be away from the busy schedules and to hear from God in the classroom of the outdoors. Outdoor challenge is the main tool as we seek to draw parent and child closer to each other and closer to God.The Adventure Weekend is held at the Officer's Christian Fellowship's camp in White Sulphur Springs, PA. It's a little rougher than being at home, but only a little. We sleep in screened-in bunk cabins and use portable toilets. There are outdoor sinks but indoor showers (hot water in non-heated stalls). 
Who is it for?Well, it's for all kids ages 9 (by the end of 2008) to 12 and you need to be accompanied by a parent.CHOOSE BETWEEN....We offer two distinct Parent-Youth Adventure weekends ... our traditional outdoor challenge events, or our overnight canoe trip on a local river.1. Canoe Trip Adventureone night at AO! village and one night on an overnight canoe trip along the river. Offered April 25-27, 2008 and September 12-14, 2008.2. Challenge Adventuretwo nights at AO! village, along with outdoor parent-child challenges including hiking, rappelling, and fun and games. Offered April 11-13, 2008 and September 5-7, 2008.Activities
